19, Holy shit Carnal! If you keep at it, you could for sure break some records. And yeah I guess pinching 35's is ok but there are so many stronger people out there with crazy-ass grip strength. They make pinching 45's look like joke. You know what I mean?

I'll probably still be doing powerlifting in six years.

WSM has nothing to do with strength anymore, so I will probably avoid that.

150 kg squat. It was fucking cool fighting for that weight and grunting. How do you not love a squat PR?

255 lbs, 10" box squat, which is as low(easily beyond parallel) as I can go without breaking...so much hip pain, oh well...little shaky(squatting off plates fucks up my form) on the way up, but I fought and won...

Then the ONE true powerlifter in my gym cut in for his last set of 385x3. I actually saw the proper form, his legs were OUT. He went down, and then down some more. I was totally impressed, and felt like a weak little bitch.

congrats. I like all these squat PR's. People slack too much on the squat.

FUCK THAT DUDE, BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU FUCKING DO. I RECKON IF YOU KEEP AT IT YOU'LL BE SQUATTING DOUBLE BODYWEIGHT IN NO TIME.

REMEMBER EVERYONE, ALL PR'S ARE WELCOME IN HERE. IT AIN'T REALLY WHAT IT IS, HOW MUCH IT IS OR WHATEVER. IT'S JUST THAT YOU WORKED TO GET IT.

I HIT A PR TODAY, I NARROW GRIP INCLINED 235x3 AS PART OF MY ME WORKOUT. IT WAS SHORTLY AFTER A SET WITH 225. NEVER DONE IT BEFORE, BUT IT'S STILL A PR. I HOPE A FEW WEEKS OF THESE WILL HELP BUILD MY LAGGING SHOULDERS.
