I think you could put at least 15 more lbs on your ZDL if you used the the (Finny coined) dive bomb hip movement (half way through the lift dropping your hips and Z-squatting the weight up).

PR:
Now that my wrists are starting to feel better I finally introduced myself to grip training and closed the COC #1. It was a little hard getting it at first cause I have short stumpy fingers and my pinkies curve inward giving me even less length/leverage. Hopefully they won't hinder my grip training too much.

We have enough whitebelts trying to post in there without you telling them

I've never done chins with my hands that close together. Can you lift more that way?

try it. you should be able to lift more with a close grip chin (pinkies touching) than a wide grip pull-up.

i find c/g chins the most comfortable.

then there are towel pull-ups..

1)its easier than doing flat\incline , at least for me
2)less stress\pain on my fucked up shoulders
3)its always free , no need to wait , the bench&curl gay monkeys at the gym never using the decline bench , so you can work peacefully without any bullshit ... anyway this already belongs to the gym idiots thread
