New squat: 205! +20lbs Go ME!
It's just nice to get that number over 200... I was at 185 for too long. New 3 lift total climbing (slowly):
squat: 205 (today)
bench: a pitiful 115 (as of 10/22)
deadlift: 240 (as of 10/20)
total: 560 (raw), at 190 lbs.
I'll max out the DL on Wednesday. Hoping for 285 which would bring the total over 600. More to come.
