Deadlift 345x3 and as assistance SLDL 225 for 4x6...seemed too light though...im crossing my fingers for a 400 1rep max in a couple weeks



maybe one day...my squat will be as strong as my SLDL's...

I hit 625X3 in the squat tonight. That puts me at a 675 1RM (at least). Look for a 700lb raw squat very soon.

130 kg on a below parallel box. Yeah. Squats are a bitch, but I'm gonna make them my bitch.

I did today.

Squat: 675X1

This was an easy squat. My coach thinks I am already a 700lb squatter, I just need to take the weight.
