That is a parallel set, to cert for ironmind you'd need to set much further apart (credit card width between handles). I seem to progress best when I train a range of sets, from no set through to a prallel choked set.

Thanks Matter, the 295 set was tough but I think I had just a bit more left in me so I'll keep plugging away on those until I get up to 315 for a set of 5.
