Yellow jackets are uppers...

I did 100s X 6 on the DB bench but it did the same reps for my second set. Last week I did 100s x 6 then 100s x 4 the second set. Hopefully I will get to the 105s by May's end.

100 x 7 on DB bench and 100 x 6 for my second set. I want the 105s but I am going to diet for 12 days soon and wonder what will happen to my precious strength. I want to get my 10% BF down to about 7% eventually and cant stand to diet for more than a week or two at a time. If I get 105 x 4 by the end of the month I will be extatic!

Went really narrow on 2nd set....thumbs were touching. Didn't make as much as a difference as I thought it would

That's a 20lb PR. I should have been able to do more, but hey, I've been lazy lately.
