friday's PR's
- 275 lbs zercher deadlift (25 or 50 lb PR, its been so long I can't remember). 315 is right around the corner.
- 165 lb one legged deadlift (30 lb pr)
- Bent a 1/4 x 6" grade 8 bolt.

I think I'll go back to Zerchers after I hit 550 on conventional Deadlift. You guys are getting too close to my 400 for comfort...

Not sure, somewhere around 15-30 seconds. I have a feeling that rubber is highly strain rate dependant and that therefore doing it quickly will make it burst at a smaller volume than if I do it slowly.
