lol Coan's is like creatine. Only those who use it know that it isn't a steroid.

EDIT: that comparison doesn't even makes sense

Incline Bench
245x1 +60 lb PR!

Okay I haven't done these in 5 years since I weighed about 40 pounds less, but still I'm pretty happy about it since my shoulder is all messed up. Shouldn't be doing them but it feels way more stable than flat bench.

On a side note, max flat bench is 290, so my incline is about 45 less than flat. Does that sound about right?

I think he means squats in general because I have never heard a widowmaker set referred to as fun

I just took the biggest dump ever.

It took three "ODIN'S RAVENS!" and one "BY THE BRISTLING BEARD OF ZEUS!" to make things happen. holy hell.

I now have the image of a man sitting on a toilet, pants around ankles, beet red face, yelling "ODIN'S RAVEN!" and "BY THE BRISTLING BEARD OF ZEUS!"

The youtubage is still on the way.... Forgot to put on a St.W shirt though.

A PR is still a PR.
