Thanks for the encouragement Cmart.
I get my weightlifting program from an olympic lifter, so I guess I would count my lifting and training style as mainly based on olympic lifting.
I gotta start doing full snatches and full cleans though. That is why I need to start getting stronger legs.
I might start a post in training logs to chart my progress and list how I feel during my workouts, since I don't really have a proper journal like other lifters do. Might add diet into it too.
I should also add that Urban is getting close to me now, without coaching. My main strength with olympic lifts is technique, which has been gained from people in the know. If Urban keeps it up, he will be lifting a lot more than I have when he gets to the same time as I am at now (been doing this for a couple of years so my progress hasn't been good).
