550 zercher carry with yoke for 2 sets of 20 feet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_HmZuD_vF8 Video is of the second set

overhead squats with an axle... 140 x 8 --this was very easy

12" log clean and press 200 x 1. Dissapointed in this but it's technically a PR.

Got 142.5 about 6 inches off the ground but couldn't lock it out.

Not super impressive but...

285 x 2 squat, up from 275 x 1
305 x 1 deadlift, up from 275 x 1
195 x 1 bench, up from 165 x 1 haha

30 lbs increase in bench is good work. Do you think you were going too light before?
