New PR on close grip bench today: 225lbs x 3 @ 200lbs body weight. Yeah I know my bench sucks but I'm workin on it : ( Oh well, at least my core strength is solid : )
Squated 625 tonight. Fairly easy honestly. I drilled it like a bitch. It's only a 10lb PR, but it wasn't a max lift and after a month off, so I'll take it.

New PR on vertical dips. 5 reps with 104 lbs hangin from my waist @ 203 lbs body weight. By the way, did any of you guys ever try the dip machine? Some guy at the gym has done as much as 725 lbs. I don't know for how many reps though.
