Some PR's while training with Finnegan today:
I closed the COC #2 the first time I tried. I've done some work with the Heavy Grip grippers in the past though.
2 handed Anvil pinch - 135lbs
Zercher DL: 315lbs (315lbs pr)

This past Saturday managed DL 205 lbs., 3 reps, 4 sets --> previous PR was 205, 1 rep. Time to shoot for two plates. Or at least 207.5, ha-ha.
Yesterday did front squats 145 lbs., 3 reps, 4 sets --> previous PR was 135, 3 reps, 4 sets. Noob gains are working for me here.

(15lb PR)
I haven't done chins in a while. I've focused on pullups mainly for the past few weeks. Seems to have helped my chins some. And to think that only a few months back I could barely do one BW chin.
