Some great PR's guys!

This morning I did a 326kg Chain Yoke Carry for 5m I was a bit disappointed with the distance I wanted to go at least 10m but I lost concentration, anyway its a 11lbs PR. Here is the vid I was a bit shaky off the start and had to dump the weight and adjust it.
