Juan, when you do those are they Romanian style or from the ground? I tried from the ground but it seemed really awkward.

PR: Pinch lifted two 25-lb plates with both left and right hands. It happened something like this:

I go to get some 25's for my bench from the squat rack that my friend is using. I say "One day I want to be able to do this with one hand" and then I kind of let go with my left hand and they don't really go anywhere. So I put them on the ground and try pinching them up with my right hand, and they go up easy. I guess futzing around with the COC1 and my pinch block actually helped. Awesome.

Wasn't really a PR. 10 LB PR from a few months ago, and it was far from a 1RM.

From the ground. I have short legs, so I just get deep and use my other foot for balance forward/rear on the way up. Getting deep made it easier for me. Nice PR on the pinch.

Where can I find a good tutorial on a full clean? I'm really getting frustrated that I can't do BW. I know it's there, but my form is just terrible.

I sort of felt like their should have been a doppler effect as Brad went past.

If you want to do a full BW clean, just do your DL sets first.
Trust me after you DL your 1rm everything feels so much lighter you'll just flick it up.
I recently was stuck at 155 full clean, but after I did my Deadlifting I took off some of the weight and did 205 with ease.
