Did 6 nice dips(vertical of course) with 90lbs in my backpack today. Well, it was more like 5 and 3/4 but still almost 6, and this was after doing alot of different types of pressing so I know I could've done even better. I'm gonna go for 100lbs X 5 next week. I know I can do it.

i did 5x175 on squats yesterday. ive done more weight, but these were parallel or below so im happy. comparitavely speaking, squats are my worst lift and im weak as hell on them, but im workin on getting up there.

It is funny isn't it. My deadlift and bench went up (although I didn't take as much time off bench) and my squat stayed the same. Can't complain. My back felt great too, no pain so the rest definately fixed that up.
