Good lord Carnal, you're a monster! I soon hope to be a monster too!!!
Grash, thanks man I appreciate the appreciation. Good shit on benching man. That's how it's done! That sucks about your back hopefully it heals quickly and completely. Just don't start too soon are heavy, maybe try a light weight when you're ready to see how you feel. It would suck to re-aggrevate it.
Jarfi, how would you know if you're ready from some weight on back bridges? Also, how would you stabalize the weight if you don't have washboard abs?

3 new pr's today, one of which though i expected to get so i'm not real excited about.
That one is 3x8 @110lbs on Janda situps.
the two i'm happy w/ are 8 reps at 100pounds on dumbbell side bends, and 5 reps at 185 on bench.
i've been waiting for that bench one for a long time ... i'm glad i finally got it; and just in time, as this was my last 5 rep workout for a while
next up is 225 for 3 .... hopefully.

Damn, good shit fatbastard, that's a lot of weight.
Nice work Grash you've got some strong abs. So dumbell side bends aren't saxon right? Those are where you hold a dumbell at your side and hand behind your head? I can do about half of what you do. I like Saxons better though. Nice work on bench, you'll get 225 easily, two plates always feel hella good too.

yeah they're the one w/ a dumbbell in one hand (i always laught at people who have one i both cuz one cancells the other out).
I've tried saxons but i feel very off balance with them; also i do pressing work before my abs so my shoulders are really tired by the time i start my ab work. So basically i'm good at making excuses as to why i do one arm dumbbell side bends instead of saxons
