Powercleaned 125kg for a triple, did two sets of this (the first two sets I did were too deep to be considered power cleans). I'm happy about this cause I usually crap myself for the third rep, plus my power has been a bit down lately. Competing in two weeks, I'm fired up!!!

By the way, you said your one-handed clean and press is 120. Is that w/ a dumbell? The strange gym member looks I was referring to had to do w/ one-handed barbell work, not dumbell. Eveyone will think you're mad when you start picking up a barbell at the middle and chucking it around.
Nice job on the PR's, everyone. Alon, I envy your power clean.

Thanks mate, hopefully I can figure out my powersnatch problems, I think when that happens I'll make some good headway (my snatch is weak compared to my clean & jerk, and my powersnatch is weak compared to that, so yeah it sucks).
As for the one handed barbell work, I think you need to rotate your body around a bit in order to recieve the clean properly, but in any case I would think you're be near breaking your wrists if you screw it up. By the way, I heard a story about a superheavyweight lifter a few decades ago competing with a bad wrist, he decided to do a one handed snatch instead of the regular, I'm fairly certain he did 120kg or so, crazy. I'll ask to find out the exact amount.

Nothing incredible, but it's good for me, I Decline Pressed 315x5.
I also Deadlifted 415x4 which is a post injury PR, but that does not really make me that happy, especially since I could have banged out a couple more reps. I plan on adding 10lbs a week to my 4 rep deadlift until I max out. I think I'll have 3 more weeks. Then I'll go for broke on a single. The sucky thing is, the first rep is always the hardest for me. After that I "get in the groove" so to speak.

Bench - 215 for 3 reps
Windmills - 60 for 10 reps each side, my shoulder's ability to stabilise the weight is actually more of a problem than my core strength.
