Thanks its really not that good though! I've been trying to cut my reps down and lift heavier lately so the numbers will be moving up eventually.

Good job all!
Hey Urban do you do one handed dumbell snatches or/and one handed dumbell clean and press? I havent tried the snatches yet but the one handed clean & pushpress is the shit man.

I do one handed DB snatches when i feel moved to do so. A couple pages back in this very thread I hit 100 x 3 with each hand, which was a pretty good PR for me. Unfortunately that also means I've maxed out the DB rack. Time to switch to one handed BB snatches i guess. as far as DB clean and presses I don't do them myself, but I hear that using two DB's (and two hands) is the way to go.

Also orgasmic...

The looks you get while doing one-handed barbell snatches are priceless.

HAHAHA I can immagine.
I havent tried snatches yet but my one handed clean and press PR is 120 lbs.
Are the snatches alot harder? What would you estimate my OHDB snatch to be? I'm dying to know and probably won't try em for at least 2 more weeks...active recovery...sort of. Anyways, I've seen someone snatch a dumbell but the catch was a jerk. That's the way I'll be doing them for sure.
