AWWW FUCK! you know, I was going to come on here and talk about how I smashed PR's today, and let my invisible lats flare out with my 135 x 8 Overhead squat PR (a 3 rep PR) and now it's TAINTED!!! CURSE YOU!!!! and nice work job on the OHS.
So for those that didn't catch that, here's a list of PR's I hit today:
Overhead Squat - 135 x 8 (3 rep PR @ 135 or 5 lb PR @ 8 reps, either way you want to look at it)
clean - 205 (5 lb PR) Gave 210 a shot twice but both were close misses
Side press - 75 x 3 bilaterally
One Handed DB snatch - 100 (10 lb PR) would have gotten 105 I'm sure but I ran out of DB's
Grrrr.... I coulda had 135 x 10... I WILL GET YOU FOR THIS DEADLY SHAOLIN!!!
