Thanks dude, I was in the gym doing the one handed lifts and there is a record in my gym for a 90lb dumbell snatch and because i was so much younger they told me not to attempt it but i did and i nailed it

Also i just got something that resembles kettle bells and a big Rock so i can start throwing around

Managed 10 ab wheel rollout from my feet with my arms bent so that the wheel is an inch or two from the top of my head.

Full standing ab wheel rollouts will be mine!

I hit 225X1 on the Deadlift today. Nowhere near most of your guys lifts but I gotta start somewhere.

i pulled 405 today at a bodyweight of about 205.

pretty sweet cause it was my goal for the end of the school year, and i reached it with a month to spare.

So for those that didn't catch that, here's a list of PR's I hit today:
Overhead Squat - 135 x 8 (3 rep PR @ 135 or 5 lb PR @ 8 reps, either way you want to look at it)
clean - 205 (5 lb PR) Gave 210 a shot twice but both were close misses
Side press - 75 x 3 bilaterally
One Handed DB snatch - 100 (10 lb PR) would have gotten 105 I'm sure but I ran out of DB's

Grrrr.... I coulda had 135 x 10... I WILL GET YOU FOR THIS DEADLY SHAOLIN!!!
