I posted a workout previously, might be on page 4 or 5 in a post "problems during routine" which is what I'm currently doing. I'm enhancing my routine tommorrow though, adding bottom position explosive bench in the power rack. I've added 35 lbs to my bench total in 9 weeks with that program. I LOVE it! Also I do a protein shake within an hour of my workout, I know that's helping too. I want 315 by the end of the year REALLY bad. Let me know if you need anything else on bench, I'm gettin good at it finally
