Woot! 285 on bench today!

well done

Im doing maxes in two weeks now...man everything feels light now. I do hope I'll bash some of my PR while continuing to shed weight

I just pulled 525.

Once I get the kinks worked out of my conventional pull form I'll be good for another 20lbs on form alone I think.

Ok, back to the keystone deadlifts

wow you are getting incredibly strong. How are you doing it? my squat is a little higher, but my dead is close and my BENCH is way less than that.

any tips.

I posted a workout previously, might be on page 4 or 5 in a post "problems during routine" which is what I'm currently doing. I'm enhancing my routine tommorrow though, adding bottom position explosive bench in the power rack. I've added 35 lbs to my bench total in 9 weeks with that program. I LOVE it! Also I do a protein shake within an hour of my workout, I know that's helping too. I want 315 by the end of the year REALLY bad. Let me know if you need anything else on bench, I'm gettin good at it finally

ok so i know its not a HUGE lift but im proud of it.....im about 175-180lbs and i benched 205 for my first time. i came back after a week off and feel soo good i think i can push 215 really soon.
225 has been a goal for a long time. also 3 mounths ago i couldn't even lift 135lbs, thank to carnal and Järv, you guys did a lot for me. much respect.

Squat: 300(that's my all time PR)
Deadlift: 300(just started this year)

Now:

Bench: 285
Squat: 300(never squatted more than this, but got it)
Deadlift: 350
