Damn, that's some impressive squatting, I know from personal experience over christmas how evil twenty rep squatting can be.

I'll post the vid when I get that. The weight wasn't too bad, but I got VERY light-headed by the 14th rep. After the set I spent some time sitting on the floor; you can't fall any farther than that...

Carnal -
That's an enticing offer. Right now, between crazy work schedule and a pregnant wife at home, it might be tough to swing, but I'll keep it in mind for the future. Luckily, my gym is right across the street from where I work in Southfield, so I train everyday during my lunch hour. The lunch crowd is really just a bunch of corporate nancy's, so hangin' w/ some power lifters could be a nice change of pace, (although they'd probably look at all 208 lbs. of me and think "what the f#%k is he doing here?).
Where do your boys in the D train at?

I'm with Carnal in that I don't like 20 rep squats, but I'm honest in saying that they're just too grueling for me. I applaud your efforts.

Bench-210x2 - 10lb Pr and one rep more than last week at 200.
Felt like something was gonna explode in my forehead on the second rep.

I got a taste of the snatch for the first time yesterday. Last night I dreamed of the snatch and today I thought of it all day.

snatch- 55kg
it may be a light weight but this is a huge pr for me, easily the biggest during my time lifting, mainly because of the difficulty of the lift. i hit it two of the five attempts.

Congrats, believe it or not but in a month or two you'll wonder why that was a hard weight at all.

cheers mate, to tell you the truth, the 2nd time i succeeded at it it felt a little light and none of the attempts felt unbearably heavy. it was a physical barrier which turned into a mental one.
