WOOOOOO! New maxes for me after just 6 short weeks!

Old maxes:

Deadlift: 330
Bench: 250
Squat: 275

New maxes:

Deadlift: 350
Bench: 270
Squat: 285

Bodyweight: 165

I got me a new PR on GMs..a nice 310lbs

I missed the attempt on 315lbs bench..bad form...

I got a new PR for BenchPress... 275 X2. 275 was my most recent 1RM till now... I'm very happy

do you do any fighting? I am mostly grappler as of now. It is pretty cool when they underestimate me bc of my size. hehe. You get the same?

Whew got another new PR tonight (160kg incline bench press) but it was harder than last week. I hadn't done low rep stuff in ages so my strength has been going up every week but I dont think I can go much higher in this cycle. Il shoot for 165 next week and then see what I can get on the flat.
