150 strict overhead press @ 190 bodyweight. this has been coming for like 6 weeks now, and it felt great to get it.

This is aweful. I want to do that... in fact I'm going to go give it a shot right now. That's big... I mean pretty damn big to me. What do you weigh? Clay edgin pulled 190 at the grip comp I went to... of course that was after 7 other events, but still, that's only another 15 lbs to you.

Bullshit, Clay lifts more than that!!! I'm pretty sure he's said his best is 225+ lbs.

I've gained some lbs. but I'm not sure exactly how much I weigh at the moment!!

Oh I'm sure he lifts 190 when he's fresh, like I said, 7 grip events preceeded this and it's, to date, the biggest RT pull I've seen.

I will find out what Clay does on an RT if I talk to him anytime soon. He isn't as good at thickbar as the bending and grippers though.

I hope you aren't hating on Sonny's lift Oiban. *performs the secret electric boogaloo handshake of the Handsome Scorpio with Sonny* we have no reason to doubt him, he is strong of the hand.

Well, I have a naturally strong supporting grip, my right side is BLATANTLY a lot stronger than my left when it comes to grip exercises (grippers, RT, levering, etc.), so in other words I probably would only be able to budge 120-140 with my left hand.

I'm finally getting close with my #3 on my right hand!
