I just decided to incorporate 3x3s into my routine. I weight 165 and benched 165 3 times, then 3 times again. I felt good enough to press 170 3 times, then 3 times again. This is my new PR. In 2 weeks, I will try my 1RM, I am going to try for 185-190.
