Benched 435 for a 10lb PR.

Although I lift raw, Skiver left his shirt there, so I threw it on, and cracked 475 (which is technically 110lb shirted PR hahaha)

I've only ever benched in a shirt twice.

One was a fairly proper fitting Fury, which was pretty uncomfortable to bench in.

Skiver was 40lbs heavier than I am now when he wore that shirt, so it was pretty loose and thus a lot easier to use.

weight - 153 lbs

deadlift - 280x4

also tried some bent over rows but this time i used a double underhand grip and a little bit of leg drive at the beginning and it felt alot more comfortable then before when i hated doing them and doing them with uncomfortable form, worked up to 165x7

Hahah, I just threw the shirt on for fun after I PR'd raw, that's all.

I might do it now and then,b ut I don't intend to compete equipped anytime soon. Still keeping it RAW baby.
