Wow, you obviously lift in the Wal-Mart Fed. K-Mart doesn't allow such souped-up gear, plus, I hear they do CBH testing.

Thanks. But i would rather hit the 500 DL but i am having some problems. It could be because i train the deadlift everyweek? I dunno. If you don't mind i might shoot you a PM with a couple of questions.

I don't know about anyone else, but both my deadlift and squat have jumped since alternating them weekly. Deadlift and speed squats(Or box squats) one week, squats and speed deadlifts the other.

While what sean is suggesting has never been my style, I've known it to work for a lot (and I mean a LOT) of people. Especially once they start getting into the 500 club on the squat and deadlift. A lot of peoples CNS' don't cope well with handling maximal loads on both of those lifts everyweek.

i did the same thing as sean and found it helped a lot. my wimpy ass CNS couldnt take doing both squats and deads heavy in the same week.

Squats 355x2. I will get up to 400 real quick. I've felt like i could have done a decent amount more but i didn't. Saved it for next week.
