the lamest of all persoanl recrods today: 10 clean chins from a dead hang.
yes, 1- sucks, but it's a pr, and it beats my previous pr of 9 kicking, squirming chins.
i felt like i could do more, but couldn't of course. the last 3 or 4 inches is really hard for me. perhaps this means i have weak delts.

carnal, your progress on the bench humbles and sickens me. lying on your back, you can nearly move more weight with your arms than i can standing with my entire body.

Dude it's an open back, triple ply cotton, I dunno how much I am getting out of it though, because I can touch with an empty bar. Maybe it's time to switch to a cotton/poly blend t-shirt?
