Me, I failed a PR due to injury, yesterday. Tuesday, I was having an innocent wank, and, because of the whole-body flexing, I got a bad cramp in my hamstring, that I chose to ignore at the time, because, well, I was beating off. Anyway, after I finished, it came back 100 fold, and my leg locked up, and it hurt like Hell. All day. And the next day, which was squat day. Damnit. I only worked up to last week's weights, so, oh well.
That just goes to show that masturbating can mess up your workout. Learn from me, young ones. If you feel a cramp, stop.
