The owner of a rustic rural plantation house with kudzu vines tugging at the foundations and quaint marks of the years on the weather-stained walls? Vermilion-colored tuxedoes that somehow combine the qualities of carelessness with dignity? An air of constant gentlemanly behavior tinged with a somewhat sugared texture, whilst still maintaining the utmost air of heterosexuality? Messily combed hair and a brushed on 5 o'clock shadow? Constantly having the faint odour of white lightning and honeysuckle? Speaking in a relaxed, charming drawl and seeing through hazy, half-closed eyes? Left hand supporting a brimming glass of cooling cognac, right hand waving about a worn-in fedora to fend off the late summer humidity?

pulled a new pr today. old pr was 405 from march.
420 with some still left in me. i think i could pull a minimum of 5lbs more maybe up to 25.

Nice. Excellent combo of PR and belt status. Good lift.


Me, I failed a PR due to injury, yesterday. Tuesday, I was having an innocent wank, and, because of the whole-body flexing, I got a bad cramp in my hamstring, that I chose to ignore at the time, because, well, I was beating off. Anyway, after I finished, it came back 100 fold, and my leg locked up, and it hurt like Hell. All day. And the next day, which was squat day. Damnit. I only worked up to last week's weights, so, oh well.

That just goes to show that masturbating can mess up your workout. Learn from me, young ones. If you feel a cramp, stop.
