ppl who train bjj or mt when do you lift
I just started training bjj and mt. I am going to be training mon-fri. in the past i would of lifted weights on these days but now i have no time because i go to work, come home change, train, eat, sleep. Iam thinking my best bet is to lift full body once a week on Sundays. When do you all find the time to lift and what do your routines look like?
