Progress!
The last month-and-a-half been working mainly on my DL, Shooting for 505 by the end of summer. I warm up with 135x2x10, 225x10, 275x3, Started with 5x5 305-345 a little over a month ago, each week been increasing by 5lbs, up to last week did 320-360 5x5, felt so good went for 405 on a set six and got 4 good reps. Yesterday I work 5x5 325-365, felt good. Each workout has been a PR because the most I've deadlifted before was 295-335 on a 5x5. I'm using Zercher DL, GM, SLDL as assistance and each workout I switch it up. Now for squats I've got 315 for four good reps, my goal there is ten good reps by the end of summer.
