what are you guys Totals

if you train bench press, squat, and deadlift...what are your totals..and weight

285 bench press
405 squat
380 dl

total 1070

I once took a piss that went a full 9ft. I believe thats 21.56 meters in case your not American.

My all time best competition lifts were:

Squat: 710
BP 480
DL 665
Total 1830

Clean and Jerk 177.5 ( OL always speak in "kilos"
Snatch 122.5
total 300

Standing Overhead Press ( done in a odd-lift meet) 340

primary weight class was 220lbs, but have lifted in 198's, 242 and 275's as well

I once ate a five pound steak in a restaurant in order to get it for free. Eating the steak was not difficult part, but I paid the price about 3 days later when it came time to eliminate all that meat from my system. (It got so bad, I almost had to call in a midwife) After that I no longer feared prison.
