Oh, except for this - it seemed wrong so I checked; from the article:

"...The last line: back squat drop set 230x8, 190x8, 150x8, 110x8, 70x10 The numbers are in kilograms. That's more than 550 pounds on the first set, decreasing by 90 pounds per rapid set..."

230kg is 507 pounds. I don't know what kind of math the author used, but I hate to see an inaccuracy taint an otherwise worthwhile article. I suppose I should write him.

Nice article, thanks. I hope to see Marunde mentioned in some of the other "notable deaths in 2007" retrospectives in the news media. He deserves it.
