Silly -- "Used-to" PL comp

I've got some work to do (second job work-from-home stuff) I'm procrastinating and feeling silly, and it so happens that earlier today in the Pub, Stoney referenced a dumbass idea I mentioned months ago about a "used-to" PL comp.

So let's do it.

Back in high school, man, I was a shotputter on the track team, and the coach, he was fuckin' nuts, man, he made me do deadlifts with straps in the shallow end of the fuckin' city pool and if I didn't pull the motherfucker I woulda fuckin' drowned, you know what I'm saying?

I was strong as shit back then, so one day I pulled, like, 500 pounds but I dropped the bar and it cracked the bottom of the pool and all the water drained out and fuckin' flooded this house next door and the city got so pissed they got the coach fired and the school wouldn't let me go to the Olympics. Fuck, everybody in town heard about it. This was in another state, that's probably why you don't remember it. But it was all over the news and shit.

I used to squat, like, 2,000 pounds. Buddy of mine had a home gym, with these plates that got put in some kinda nuclear thing that shot extra atoms into the concrete. So they weighed 10 times more than regular plates. So the guy had to put an extra "0" on all the plates.

So we'd be squatting what looked like 200. But it'd really be 2,000.

HOW STRONG: Pathetically weak- but I did tons of wrist curls and some bicep curls

HOW COULD YOU PROVE IT: Ask all the jocks I beat arm-wrestling

EVENT: Arm-Wrestling

HOW MUCH I LIFTED: I forget- maybe 80lb wrist curls on barbell

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS: Well, I embarrassed a lot of jocks. I was puny, and to challenge them to arm-wrestle was ludicrous. But I'd win. Just another bullshit trick, like the saltine thing. I had strong forearms, and as soon as the hand lifted, I'd twist my wrist to me, at the same time contracting my bicep to pull their arm away from them. Then it was just push it down, or wait till they got tired.

MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL: Mrs. Hunto was in my World History class, and I did it in there to catch her eye. Musta worked...

This one time, I was benchin' with my buddies and they thought they'd play a joke on me.

So they superglue the bar to the posts.

The joke was on them, 'cause when I pushed, the whole bench went up in the air.

So it was like 450 in weights, plus my body weight, which was like 130, plus the weight of the bench, whatever that was.

Power of the mind, dude.
