Check out the FAQ

Doing deadlifts twice a week is gonna get rough. You've also got an awful lot of pull exercises (10 per week), a moderate amount of push exercises (4 per week) and very little squat stuff (1 per week).

Also, mixing together push and pull in every workout is likely to mean you'll be using sore muscles in most every workout.

Twice a week on the squats (Tues & Fri) he just misspelled it the second time, which I think may be a mortal sin?? But I still agree with you.

oops, my mistake. He misspelled it both times. That's definitely a mortal sin.

asside from the other comments already made, do chins before curls.

Your routine looks good. However I would rest each day after lifting. Try the Monday, Wednesday, Friday approach. It;s not smart to lift heavy two days in a row.

Definitely don't lift two days in a row. It's not smart, even if you were following a dumb isolation routine (which thankfully, you're not). MWF is much better, or any other arrangement of days that are not consecutive. Also I'd lose the curls, as well as the shrugs. For some reason every newbie lifter thinks they need to do shrugs, just because the burly guys in the gym do them. Guess what, that's not how they got big.

If you do this properly, you won't need curls...your arms WILL get bigger all on their own, just trust me.
