You would not believe how hard it is to lower the box about six inches to ATC and still get the same weight. It's harder than getting to 20 reps at parallel in the first place. I've failed in every attempt so far but hey I turn 38 in few weeks so no point on quiting. Problem is by the time my hips have adjusted my back is worn out or vice versa. I need to get my hips, legs, and lower back all peaked out at the exact same time.

We should have a leaderboard to get everyone motivated down the home stretch.

How about it team leaders? Care to post the current totals/increases?

Who is planning to go for the 1RM on the 21st or 22nd?

Not much time left!

Will the leader board be updated by then?

Sorry I have been kinda slacking off here. I will try to get an update in near the end of this month. Work is absolute insanity right now. I've been putting in 60-70 hour weeks. Its been a real struggle to get anything else done. Hopefully however things will be letting up a bit towards the end of august or begining of september and I can update.
