i don't get it all about the food in Tokyo. I found food was super cheap there compared to France... I usually stuff my face like crazy when I'm over there, and always end up gaining weight. Are the prices in the US that low that you find it so expensive in Japan?

Most likely yes... Hard to find anything that is cheaper inside the EU than in the states.

My friend is from Kyushu, I will ask. I also have a Japanese friend who works out correctly. He may know.

I think when it comes down to it the MetRX protein bars are the best deal to get shipped from Vitaminworld.com

Greens Plus Wild Berry is good. Usually when people talk about Greens Plus they recommend Wild Berry. There are other varieties with different herbs or minerals added, but pretty much all have the same base formula. I tried the one with minerals and vitamines, it tasted like chewing on a vitamin.

So far as protein the no-flavour no-sugar one on iherb looks decent. despite the no flavour thing, but the price is right.

You suck at internet.

How long have you been squatting/lifting? If not long at all there's a huge benefit. If you've been lifting for a while and are working any where near your max then the disadvantage would be over training for some.

You would be fine and it would probably even be beneficial to squat 2 or 3 times a week at least for a little while, maybe another 1 or 2 months I'd say.

I cant beleive Japan doesnt have a plentiful and varied supply of whey protein supplements and peanut butter.

Possibly the thread starter is a miser and perhaps socially inept and lacks confidence to ask for help?
