Newb workout question.

As far as weekly upper body workouts, would 2 days of Rowing/Benching 3 sets of 8+6+4 and 2 days of pullups/dips 3 sets of 15/20 be a good start? Am I missing any major muscles with this routine? I'm going for a semi-decent size and strength increase, but also am working on burning fat. On top of this workout I am doing plenty cardio, abs, and lower body as well. Thanks for any advice in advance.
