need some advice
I dont post often in these forums so please dont "flame" me or post something unconstructive.
With that said, I am a fighter that weighs around 150 typically. I started taking Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein and creatine. I hope to gain about 15 solid pounds. I lift 6 days a week. I guess my biggest question is about the supplements. I plan to add glutamine to the mix, but is there a better combination of supplements for my goal? Any input is appreciated.
