Need help with shoulders

G'day fellas,

Just a quick question, more of a problem really.

I've been working at a bar for a while now - and ive noticed something strange starting to happen - my biceps and triceps are starting to get a decent size bigger and my strength in my arms is starting to improve - but the problem is - my shoulders aren't getting the same type of improvement.

I gathered that this is cos at work i'd only be doing stuff that'd do my arms - but i was hoping you guys might have some recommendations about what sorta stuff i could do at the gym to help with my shoulders. I've been checking the stickies and a few other websites - but id heaps prefer to have one of you guys give an opinion.

Cheers Boys

Upright rows, military press + variations, lateral/front raises.

whats your weekly routine look like?

You could be not hitting them enough? or if your for example doing them after arms not hitting them with enough intensity.

Agreed. Especially the standing barbell version.
