Never done them before.
Guys I've seen do them (thought it was a shoulder thing) lock it into the cornoer of the squat platform. a 3 sided corner and it works fine.

In all seriousness though that video is sweet. but I"m really trying to train stuff full range of motion. Because when I get a ton of weight put on me the opportunity to make a misstake and overreach is very real and common. I'm training to avoid injury almost entirely. Core/hips/legs/shoulders (as in the top to hold up the flack) are about the only bulk strength I care about everything else is just joint control. But the strength I do care about must be full range.

Kinda wish I could do that though, very impressive.

Hold a sandbag in one arm and throw hooks at the heavy bag with the other arm.

I think he gets tired from some of the body and face shots he takes. He has a huge drive to win though, so when he sees an opening he puts all his energy into it.

I cant remember the name or where I heard of them but what I love to do is get a heavy dumbbell and put it down side by side to my left foot and squat down and pick it up with my right hand and set it down next to my right foot and then pick back up with left hand and bring over to the other side. Sounds simple but it will kill you. If anyone knows the name or where there is a vid of it let me know please.
