my shot

I have 2 weeks for naga, what weight training will make my shot fast and very scuping?

yeah, at this point you're probably going to want to cut back on the lifting in a big way.

Power cleans, Jumping squats, squats, good mornings, overhead presses and BB/DB Rows.

Thats what I would start to experiment with.

Practice alot... You could improve your technique in 2 weeks so work on that....
And I mean realy work on it vigilently.
