My new Inzer belt kills me.

Just tried my new Inzer lever belt last night for DL's, and it was incredibly incomfortable. When I bend down it either pinches me or jams into my ribs. It's not helping my form at this point!

So is it a matter of just working it in? What exactly is the proper position for the belt when doing DL's?

Did you get a 13mm or 10mm?

When did you order yours?

I ordered mine a couple weeks ago. The lady said they would have some in in a couple weeks. I called yesterday to add some wrist wraps to my order and the lady said the belts would be in in a couple weeks...

Come on, Inzer. Don't let the stories I've read about you be true.

Shut up, Hocky. This isn't about you.

Lots of people will turn their belts backwards to deadlift. This puts the overlap in the back, leaving you with less cowhide in front to have to deal with.

I tried it and it didn't do jack shit for me. YMMV.

When I DL I like to have the belt really high on my torso because I am built like Konstantinovs. Like the bottom of it is at my bellybutton. I have a short torso FWIW.

to the OP- you probably still need to break it in.

Also if you adjust the lever setting it should help too.

I have read that you can break in a belt using the same techniques as seasoning a baseball glove. I don't know the specifics, because I've never played baseball (or any other sport involving a ball for that matter).
