This sounds like the land of milk and honey, far, far away. Most of the bodybuilding guys I see at my gym I wouldn't want to waste my time talking to, which is awful to say after reading a post like this.

If you see Pumping Iron you see Franco and Arnold doing ballet, so they are open to anything.

Back to the article, if you go to the gym with a analytic approach (not a cynical one) you might learn something everyday you go. More often than not it will be how to get your guns bigger, but everynow and then someone will talk about prehab or proper setup and form for powerlifting moves. Thanks for the article Mr. Wassung.
