I'd say tire flipping, and farmer's walks, and log clean and press. but a lot of the strength you develop through strongman type training (sled dragging, car pulling/pushing), stone loading etc. has great carryover to other athletic events. For a striker, I'd PROBABLY say that log clean and presses and tire fliping are going to have the greatest carryover, however you really can't discount the carryover farmers walks would have for fighters either... then again the super yolk is a great full body exercise too (though I've never done it myself). I dunno, your best bet is just to start accumulating equipment and see what works best for you.

Sled Dragging. The hip and leg power you get from it is great for clinch work.
