dinosaur training

I have recently read dinosaur traing by Kubik and its possibly the best strength training book i have read. It is inspiring stuff and just makes me want to go lift as heavy and as hard as i can. Some of the feats of strength performed 100 years ago mentioned in the book make some of the strongest men in the world today seem weak by comparsion. I know the book gets alot of praise on the i can now see why! This book cannot be praised enough so if youve not got it get it!

It gives sample workouts in the book but urges you to make devise your own routine the basic premise is you are training very hard whether you are doing 5x5, high poundage 20 reps or singles. Like i said just reading about strongmen of the past and what they acheived with very little in the way of equipment or information is incredible. Just by simpy training heavy and hard.
