I want a f**k off grip
Hey everyone its your stupid Northerin Irish friend again, i want a pure mad fuck off grip so when someone armbars me i can hold on to my arm for as long i need to explode on to a reversal. When I grip onto my wrist what are the main muscles im using the wrist flexors, wrist extensors or Brachioradialis or are they all wrong http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/For...#anchor1936059 that sight will show you what muscles im on about. now i lift heavy so thats grip training and when im out i always use one of those grip things you squeeze that are ment to relaxe you but it doesn't work. is there anything else that will give me that death grip i need, like any fancy epuipment or anything towel pull ups are good arn't they? everything you can think off please and i can do them after all my lifts.
Cheers everyone

Start by gripping the mouse and clicking one rep on the stickies. There you'll find all the info you need.

For grappling, hell for life in general, total lower arm strength is the way to go.
Thick bar
Block Weights
Plate Pinches
Levering
Plate curls
Plate wrist curls
Grippers

Just go on Urban's site, its there for a reason dude. It has an entire section on grip training. If you want to hold on for a long time, I would suggest not so much doing massive weights for you're arms because you dont want to necessarly bulk there. But do more reps at a lower weight and work on muscle endurance and conditioning. Having big bulky forearms means shit, getting out of an armbar in my opinion is moreso technique and experience rather brute strength (unless you are Rampage). *side note: 500 posts woot blue belt haha*
