New vid: Zercher Squat +30 lbs PR. I used the new shirt design for a couple of transition scenes in this vid. It looks good.

I got second place out of three people in my weight class. Not bad for my first show.

That last stone I got was 45lbs heavier than the largest stone I had previously lifted, if my memory is right. I don't know what got into me. But it went.

The same guys are thinking of putting one on next spring. So I plan to do it then. And if I can find anything within <5 hours of a drive, I might try to make it to those too.
