chin up advice?

I cant seem to pass 22 chin ups. I'm trying to get to 25 or 30 to be ready for the police academy if they ever call. I've tried multiple sets with short rests, pull ups(also stuck at 22), and a 100 pulls a day.
Got any ideas? Thanks

speed sets?

weighted chins?

if they let you kip or cheat, i say work those cheater techniques.

not trying to be anti-police (because i've rolled BJJ with a lot of law enforcement and 99% are good guys with great stories) but i'd be surprised to know 90% of police are able to do 30 chins.

I don't believe that there is a police academy in the world that requires a cadet to do 25+ pull-ups.

If you're able to do 22 chins without cheating, you have enough darn endurance, at least in that area. Now get bigger and stronger.

Weighted chins worked the best for me. The most bodyweight chins I could ever do was 28, and I got there by doing lots of weighted chins. Low reps, with lots of sets, and increasingly short rest intervals. Doing that brought me up from 13 to 28 in just under two months.

I'll never pass the police exam if I have to do 22 chins. I'd be fucked.
