In my 5 years i have seen a lot of so called back specialist Chiro being the worst that scewed me up worst, sorry Keith i know you are a Chiro and with your great training advise you put money in your work i am sure.

Osteopath are the best i am seeing one that is getting me back on track after this 5 year of hell.

He gave me a good rehab program and has put me on a 3 full body split.

Leg press 3 X 10-12 lot of stress is removed from the spin and pelvic region and you can still lift heavy has hell

Leg curls 3 X 10 most of the time the quad is way to powerfull and the hamstring to weak, if you been injured for a while this can cause muscle imbalance and the pain in the lower back gets worst

Bench press 3 X 10

Bent rows 3 X 10 found thoses not to hurt my upper and lower back much better then chins for me right now

Seated behind neck press 3 X 10 remove all the stress from standing military press

For the hell of it dips 2 X max and bb curls.

Diet is the most important thing when you are training, and training heavy.

My plan now is to get back into a normal life with no pain and never follow the advise of a moron again in my life.

Most people here are young and think they are immune to injury, and more and more people are staying away from heavy squats, i am not saying not to do them but be very careful of the motion and forms, i would rather do the 20 rep squats with 220 pounds at 1 set now that is the best way to get full squat benefits.

I would just can the deadlifts in my 5 years i been to a lot of sport doctors and 95% of sport injuries from people who lifts weight comes straight from the deadlifts.
You really suck at life.

Your rehab program has leg curls, leg presses, and behind the neck press. VEEERY impressive. Nice job trolling up one of the best threads on this entire site.

Thanks Keith for the pain, always lift heavier deadlifts and more. Squats.

Many people get seriously injured while doing theses lifts.

What the hell is a powerlifted doing in an MMA forum anyways btw Keith i used to post on Fig Natural board of bodybuilding so its been a while.

My life is hell til that injury.
The power lifters are on this forum because it is entitled "STRENGTH AND POWER" right there at the top.

People get hurt doing deadlifts and squats, true. People get hurt doing just about any lift you can name when they do them badly. Learn better form, or go back to the machines.

Welcome to my ignore list.

Hey, Urban or Smashius: is there anyway you can just clean this crap off this thread?

Dear Yannick,

I am sorry to hear about your injuries, though I am sure that your pain was minor in comparison to the anguish that was suffered by all of us when trying to decipher your grammar.

I am willing to bet that your injury was caused by the bar sliding down your back when doing squats--might I suggest that you wash the vagasil off your hands before lifting as it tends to make the bar greasy and slippery.

Sincerely

Keith the Moron
