I enjoyed the video........

With plyometric pressups, arent you meant to 'hold in the bottom position for a pause before you push bk up?

eg start in the down position, hold for 2 seconds, push up explosively (so your hands leave the floor, eg like a clap or something), then go straight bk down to the down position, hold again, push up explosively, etc.... ?

Im thinking this is proper form for plyometric push up but Im not sure.
